The Process
Pre-Construction
Construction Coordination
Once the project has been defined and delineated, work begins according to the agreed schedule, which includes interweaving of trades and benchmark reviews. Should opportunities for revision occur, the Goodfellow Construction team works with all involved parties to update procedures and timelines.
Project Conclusion
As the project nears completion, the supervisory team will coordinate with the client to develop final punch lists. With client permission, photographs will be taken at project conclusion.
